1 General Introduction and Applicability

bangalawin (referred to hereinafter as "we", "platform" or "bangalawin") operates an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to all services, features and content on the platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between bangalawin and the user. By accessing, browsing, registering or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have accepted all these terms.

Our services are provided for personal and entertainment purposes only. Using the platform for commercial purposes or resale is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

2.3 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating or operating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all accounts and balances. Attempting to operate multiple accounts using the same device, IP address or payment method is also considered a violation of this policy.

2.4 Verification

bangalawin reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age or payment method at any time. Failure to provide the required documents for verification may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Account Responsibility and Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any third party access to your account is prohibited.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• Use a strong and unpredictable password and change it regularly.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, you must log out after the session is complete.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the bangalawin platform is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The accepted payment methods for deposits are:

Once a deposit is successfully processed, it is generally added to the account instantly. In special circumstances, processing may take additional time.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). The same payment method used for the deposit must be used when withdrawing. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• The relevant wagering or rollover conditions must be met in order to withdraw bonus funds.
• bangalawin reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal in cases of suspicious or unusual activity.
• The same minimum deposit and withdrawal limits apply for each payment method.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Conditions

A 20x (20 times) wagering condition applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawing bonus funds.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and the wagering conditions must be met within the specified time.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active, unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they are converted to real funds only after the wagering conditions are met.
• bangalawin reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a user is suspected of abusing the bonus system, the relevant bonus may be forfeited.

5.4 VIP and Cashback Program

bangalawin operates four VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%) and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Advancing to a higher tier depends on regular and active play.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the bangalawin platform are conducted fairly and impartially. No user may participate in games using software bots, automation tools or any other technological advantage.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game or event has a set minimum and maximum betting limit, which is clearly displayed in the game interface. Placing bets outside these limits is not permitted.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game session is left incomplete due to a server error, disconnection or any other technical issue, bangalawin will attempt to provide a fair resolution based on system logs. However, bangalawin is not liable for such technical disruptions.

6.4 Finality of Game Results

Results determined by the game server are considered final. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a display or client-side error, the server record will be authoritative.

7 Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Conducting transactions using stolen, unauthorised or another person's payment details.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Abusing or manipulating bonuses or promotional offers.
• Attempting to gain an advantage through collaborative betting or other collusion methods.
• Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's software or security systems.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.

8 Responsible Gaming

11.2 Closure by the User
